Yes. If you're shipping to Canada, you'll be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees in accordance with Canadian import regulations. These charges are collected directly by the shipping carrier before delivery.

Absolutely! We can ship your order to a FedEx Hold at Location for convenient pickup. FedEx will hold your package for up to 2 business days.

To arrange this, please email support@loosegrowndiamond.com with your order number and your preferred FedEx pickup location along with the zip code.

Please note:
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute it to a different address or FedEx location.
FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to us.
If the package is returned and needs to be reshipped, a $50 reshipping fee will apply.
