The Diamond Price Match Guarantee

Here are the terms and conditions for the Loose Grown Diamond Price Match Guarantee:

1. 1. The Price Match Guarantee applies to certified loose lab-grown diamonds only and does not apply to settings, finished jewelry, or complete jewelry pieces.
   2. To qualify, the competitor’s diamond must have the same certificate number and matching diamond attributes as the one listed on our website. Please provide the competitor’s certificate and product URL for verification.
   3. The competitor’s diamond must be in stock, listed in the same currency, and available for purchase by the general public.
   4. Price matching is available before you place your order. No additional discounts or promotions can be applied after the price match. If approved, the matched price will be honored for 48 hours.
   5. The Price Match Guarantee is a complimentary service and may only be used once per diamond.
   6. The diamond must be sold by a legitimate certified retailer and not by an individual or private seller. The Price Match Guarantee is not available for resale or commercial purchases.
   7. Auction websites, pawn shops, and B2B platforms (including Diyona) are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.
   8. Price matches cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
   9. The lower price must be active at the time you place your order.
   10. Pricing errors or obvious typographical mistakes do not qualify for the Price Match Guarantee.
   11. To request a price match, email support@loosegrowndiamond.com with proof of the lower price.
   12. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time. If we are unable to price match your purchase, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
