What’s the bandwidth of the ring? Can I change the band width?
Yes, you can change the band width if you’d like. Please note that the band width depends on the center diamond. If the center diamond has a larger or smaller carat weight, the band width will be adjusted accordingly by our design team. For example, if the ring has a 1ct center diamond, the band width will be 1.80mm or less. There is an “Order Notes” section on the checkout page where you can write your instructions. Band widths up to 2mm are free of charge. For widths 2mm to 2.5mm up to, there is an additional fee: $100 and $200 for widths up to 3mm. For band widths above 3mm, please email us at support@loosegrowndiamond.com, and we will provide you with a quote.

What are the color/clarity of the side/small diamonds in the setting?
If the center stone has D, E, or F color and VVS or VS clarity, we use a mix of DEF color and VVS/VS clarity diamonds for the side/small stones. If the center stone has G, H, or I color and VS or SI clarity, we use a mix of GHI color and VS/SI clarity diamonds to match the center stone.

Can I make my engagement ring two-tone?
Yes, you can! We offer a two-tone customization option where you can mix different metal colors — for example, a yellow gold band with a white gold basket and prongs. You can also choose combinations like white, yellow and rose gold or platinum. Please note, there is an additional fee of $100 for two-tone designs.

What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers any issues with your product as soon as you receive it. It also includes fixing loose prongs, polishing, and rhodium plating within a seven days of purchase. We guarantee our products are defect-free, but if you find any issues, please contact us. If you have a different problem not covered by the warranty, contact us. We'll inspect your product and let you know the cost for our services.

Can I resize a ring ?
Yes, We offer a 7 day free resize for all rings sold at Loose Grown Diamond. Just reach out to a support via chat or email support@loosegrowndiamond.com to initiate a resize. Be sure to have your order number and correct size you need handy to expedite the process. Please note that Platinum ring can't be resized and covered in this policy.

How should I get my finger sized?
You may use our Ring Sizer or visit any local jewelry store should offer free sizing. When you get sized, take note of which type of sizers they used- thin, wide or comfort fit (meaning they were rounded on the inside).

Can you engrave my ring/jewelry for Free?
We provide free customization/personalization services and would be more than happy to engrave a ring/jewelry for you. At the time of placing an order there is a "order notes" section on the checkout page. Please write down the instruction over there.

What is the typical crafting time for ring/jewelry with side stones?
Crafting side stones in pear, marquise, or oval shapes requires 3 to 4 days, whereas other shapes can extend the ring/jewelry crafting time to 2 to 3 weeks, and the jewelry crafting time will be extra.

Can I get a free appraisal for my purchase?
