Shipment processing time
- All orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Please note that all of our shipments are insured and will be delivered by one of our delivery partners, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or DHL.

- Once it dispatched You will get the delivery within 5-8 business days. (Ring & Fine Jewelry crafting time does not include in this timeframe. (Kindly be aware that if the shipment is dispatched via DHL, it may experience extended delivery times, as DHL operates on its unique system, which could potentially result in delays of 3-7 working days within the EU.)
- Orders up to $500 will incur a shipping fee of $35 USD.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. If you want to check on your order status simply click here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Loose Grown Diamond is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost/Stolen
Loose Grown Diamond takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages. If its get lost you will get full refund.
Insurance and Claim
- If your shipment status shows as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this period will be void of coverage, and we will be unable to assist further.)
- Once a package has been dispatched, any changes made to the delivery address, including redirection to a FedEx location, will void the shipping insurance and coverage. We strongly advise against altering the delivery destination after dispatch.
- If you have opted to pick up your package from a FedEx location, please note that the insurance coverage is valid for only 24 hours from the time of arrival. After this window, the claim will be void of coverage, and we will not be able to initiate any claim process.
- If your package is received in a tampered or damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform the courier. Accepting such a package may void your coverage for any future claims.
- In the event a claim is required, please be advised that the standard resolution timeline is up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this process. Kindly note that no refunds or reshipments can be issued while the claim is under review. If the claim is approved, we will gladly offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, as per your preference.
- Loose Grown Diamond holds no liability for any shipments that experience customs clearance delays exceeding 48 hours may be subject to return at the customer’s expense and will be void of coverage.

Free Shipping: Orders typically dispatch within 3 to 7 business days. (Orders up to $500 will incur a shipping fee of $35 USD.)
Express Shipping($120): Orders typically dispatch within 2 to 5 business days.
Diamonds marked with a truck icon are eligible for delivery within 3-5 working days.
Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above because transit times vary so dramatically. The above timeframe doesn’t cover Jewelry crafting.
If you need an order to ship by, or arrive by, an specific date we urge you to type in “order notes” section provided during check out. We’ll do our best to exceed your request or attempt to reach you and advise the best we can do.

Once dispatched you should be able to track your order on the shipping company’s website using the tracking number we have given you.
+Are there any duties I have to pay? How much duty/taxes do I have to pay in custom?
Other countries customers have to pay the duties and taxes. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. We don’t have any exact figure of how much duty as it depends on the state/country government. Please check your government website for the same.

+Do I have to pay customs, duties on Loose Diamond Engagement Ring & jewelry if I am from Canada?
Yes, you need to pay the customs duties/tax (We don’t charge the tax) as per your country’s import rules which would be payable directly to the shipping company, If you are from Europe, Please note that you might need to pay the broker fees.
